About

Daniel Santarsiero has been practicing in the areas of personal injury and workers’ compensation for over twenty-five (25) years now. Over this time period, he has handled over a thousand cases. While some of the cases have resolved by way of settlement, many others have gone to trial. His results have allowed him to be invited as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, as well as receive the designation as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers. He is also certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, a designation reserved for less than two (2) percent of attorneys licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.
